Working Process

1. Select the applicable cotton wick and wick tab size for the candle container.

2. Set the machine for the required 1–4 wick configuration.

3. Load the target container and prepare the wick material.

4. Cut the wick, apply the wick tab gluing process and insert the wick according to the operating procedure.

5. Check wick centering in the container before the following candle-making stage.

6. Maintain the glue and wick cutting parts according to the production schedule.
