How to Operate

Filling the machine mainly refers to adding wax holders to the charging hopper and preparing wax threads, following these key steps:

Prepare Materials: Ensure the wax holders meet the specified dimensions (Φ12×4.0mm or Φ14×4.0mm) and the wax wick has a diameter of 1.5-2.5mm.

Add Wax Holders: Put the qualified wax holders into the charging hopper. Do not overfill—excessive wax holders will deform after long-term stirring, and the stirring motor may overheat and burn due to overload.

Thread Preparation: Turn on the power and press the thread conveying button. Release the button once the wax thread passes through the outlet, then press the thread cutting button to cut the wax thread, completing the filling preparation.

Start Operation: After setting parameters (wax thread length, production preset, etc.) on the touch screen, press the start button. The charging hopper will start working to feed wax holders into the material path. Hold the start button for 2 seconds to let the main machine run normally according to the preset parameters.
