Cleaning the warming tanks is another hassle-free step. Use water to clean them and empty via the discharge valve before pumping melted wax into the tank. The process is straightforward: connect the warmer tray with the wax melting tank, lower the pump into the side warm tank using a switch, and pump the melted scented wax into the fill tank. For first-time use, manual pumping works, and during regular filling, you can switch to the automatic pump wax function – saving you time and effort.

Simply open the switches for the “Pump Heater Switch”, “Filling Tank Heater”, and “Wax Tank Heater” to set the temperature and heat up. Once everything is calibrated, switch to auto mode, adjust the conveyor belt speed, and start filling. The best part? For smaller or larger jars, switch to Cylinder Mode – no need for the rotary. Once the mode is set, turn on the Air Cylinder Switch, input the necessary data on the Parameter and Test Screens, and you’re good to go. We even provide specific data for 1OZ and 2OZ jars to make setup even easier. Before running the machine, press “Reset”, choose “Auto”, and hit “Start” – it’s that simple. And if the sensor detects a jar out of limit, it will alarm, prompting you to remove the jar, clear the alarm, and restart – ensuring minimal downtime.

It consists of two electrical boxes: one for heating the bottle (cup) bottom and another for heating the bottle (cup) body. Operating both is straightforward. For the bottom-heating box, unlock and open the box, push up the electric brake, turn on the power switch, set the temperature using the control buttons (red numbers show real temperature, green numbers show the set temperature), and turn on the heater switch. A green heater indicator means it’s working correctly. The process for the body-heating box is similar – unlock, push up the brake, turn on the power, set the temperature, and switch on the heater. With separate controls for the bottom and body, you can ensure that every part of the jar is heated to the optimal temperature, preventing issues like uneven filling or product defects.
