The YD-II is the double-nozzle version of our desktop wax filling machine, built for workshops that have outgrown single-nozzle output. Two nozzles fill in parallel at 10-60 pcs per minute - roughly double the throughput of the single-nozzle model - while filling volume, speed and interval time are all set on a PLC touch screen. It handles soy wax, beeswax, paraffin wax and similar melting materials from 1 g to 1000 g per shot with 1 g accuracy.

- 6 L filling pump capacity: supports longer continuous runs between refills.
- Same compact footprint as the single-nozzle model: 50 x 30 x 35 cm, so upgrading doubles output without taking more bench space. Optional trolley cart turns it into a complete mobile filling station.
APPLICATIONS
Candle jars and tins, wax melts, votive and pillar candles, small and medium batch production, and any workshop filling melted wax or similar materials by weight where two operators or two filling positions are needed.

SINGLE VS DOUBLE - WHICH ONE FITS
- YD-I, single nozzle: 500 W, 10-30 pcs/min, 15 kg. Best for sampling, small studios and low daily volume.
- YD-II, double nozzle: 1000 W, 10-60 pcs/min, 30 kg. Same table footprint, about double output. Best for steady batch production.
