2nd Step: Inserting the wick to the Aluminum Cup

Fully automatic tealight wick inserting machine can produce 6000-8000pcs/h if wick length 25mm. Suitable for mass production and connect with fully automatic line.

3rd step:Wax Filling

23-56 nozzles fully automatic filling system for choose,according to customer’s output requirement to choose,suitable for single fragrance and color mass production.

4th Step:Cooling Down

Cooling time usually need about 1 hours,cooling house can speed up the cooling down time,improving production efficiency
