Melt and fill in one station. The YD-60L-I combines a 60 L jacketed wax tank with a single-nozzle filling machine on a trolley frame, so the wax is melted, held at temperature and filled into containers without ever being poured by hand. It is the practical starting point for a candle business that needs one machine for several jobs: melt, blend, hold and fill.
HOW IT WORKS
The 60 L tank sits in a double-layer oil or water jacket. The jacket heats indirectly and holds the wax at the set temperature up to 120C, consistently across the whole batch - no hot spots, no scorched wax at the bottom, no re-melting between fills. A 6 L stainless steel filling pump draws from the tank and fills 1-500 g per shot through a single nozzle at 10-30 pcs/min with 1 g accuracy.
