A complete filling station on wheels. The YD-60L-II puts a 60 L jacketed wax tank and a double-nozzle filling machine on one trolley frame: the tank holds your wax at the set temperature up to 120C, and the two nozzles fill 1-1000 g per shot at 10-60 pcs/min, roughly double the output of a single-nozzle unit. One operator, one machine, two filling positions.
IMPORTANT: WARMING, NOT MELTING
This unit is a warming / holding tank. The double-layer oil or water jacket keeps already-melted wax at temperature evenly across the whole batch, but it is not designed to melt solid wax blocks. We recommend pairing it with a separate wax melting tank (we supply these too) - melt in the melter, hold and fill here. Tell us your daily volume and we will quote the right combination.
