Melt, hold and fill from one machine - no separate melting tank. The YD-II-I-60L uses electromagnetic heating to melt wax directly in its 60 L tank, holds it at up to 150C, and fills it through a double nozzle at 10-60 pcs per minute. For small-batch candle production this replaces the melter-plus-filler combination with a single trolley unit: load solid wax, wait for the heat-up, and fill.
WHAT "NO EXTRA MELTING TANK" MEANS FOR YOU
Most filling machines of this size are warming units - they hold melted wax but cannot melt solid blocks, so buyers end up purchasing a second melting tank and transferring wax between the two. This model melts from solid in the same 60 L tank it fills from. One machine, one power connection, no transfer buckets, no wax lost in between.
