A compact melting-and-filling station for steady, small-batch production. The YD-50-I melts soy wax, paraffin wax and similar materials in a 50 L double-layer tank, holds it at up to 120C, and fills it through a single nozzle at 10-30 pcs per minute with 1 g accuracy. Melt, hold and fill without a separate melter - in a body only 107 x 65 x 91 cm.

The tight, double-layer construction is what makes this unit compact, safe to work next to and good at holding temperature. The trade-off is straightforward: it is designed for factories running a steady volume of one colour and one fragrance. If you change colours or scents several times a week, choose one of our models with a removable inner tank instead - we will tell you which when you enquire.
