A filling line for scented candles, not just a filler. The YD-XYZ-I combines a 200 L wax melter, a two-pump dosing system - one for wax, one for fragrance - and an XYZ gantry that fills containers automatically along a conveyor. Wax weight, fragrance weight, filling speed, filling temperature and melter temperature are each set separately on the PLC touch screen, so a recipe is a set of numbers, not an operator's memory.
WHY TWO PUMPS MATTER FOR SCENTED CANDLES
On a single-pump machine the fragrance has to be mixed into the whole tank, which means cleaning between scents and losing the batch you cannot sell. Here the fragrance is metered by its own pump at the point of filling: change the scent by changing the setting, not by washing the melter. For brands running several fragrances a week, that means faster changeovers, no cross-contamination between scents and far less material scrapped.
